Anyone can report
Use the form below or email Contact@11elevations.com. Reports are free and do not require an account. Include the content location or another useful identifier, what happened, and a safe contact address. You can report content concerning someone else. A formal intimate-image removal request must come from the depicted person or an authorized representative.
Do not attach suspected illegal sexual material or unnecessary identity or financial documents. For imminent danger, contact emergency services.
How we handle your request
Successful form submissions receive a case reference. We review safety, privacy, consent, copyright, fraud, billing and account concerns. Suspected child exploitation, nonconsensual intimate imagery and credible imminent threats receive urgent attention.
Valid requests under the TAKE IT DOWN process are acted on within 48 elapsed hours, including weekends and holidays, with reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies under our control. Other content complaints have a resolution target of seven business days; any shorter legal or contractual deadline takes priority. We explain delays and next steps in complex cases.
Decisions and appeals
Available measures include disabling content, restricting its audience, suspending an account, preserving records, contacting providers or making required reports. A report does not itself establish a violation. Where safe and lawful, we explain the decision and the available appeal route.
Choose “Appeal a decision” and provide the case reference and reasons for review. A different reviewer handles the appeal where practicable. If European platform appeal rights apply, an eligible complaint may be submitted for at least six months after the decision. Consent disputes involving adult content can be referred to an independent neutral reviewer at our expense where applicable payment-network rules require it.
Your information
Report information is restricted to personnel and providers who need it for the case, legal obligations or safety. It is not published. Copyright notices and counter-notices have specific disclosure rules described in the Copyright Policy. We prohibit retaliation and intentional abuse of the reporting process.
Safety & privacy request
You do not need an account to submit. Provide links and a description, not copies of intimate imagery or identity documents. Never upload or forward suspected child sexual abuse material. For immediate danger, contact emergency services.
