Contact and illegal-content notices
AMUZEME LLC’s electronic contact for service recipients and authorities is Contact@11elevations.com; we communicate in English. Anyone may submit an illegal-content notice through the Safety & privacy request form. Identify the content location, explain why it is unlawful, include a contact address where required, and state your good-faith belief that the information is accurate and complete.
You can submit a notice without creating an account. Reports about suspected sexual exploitation of children do not require you to send illegal imagery. Emergency concerns should also go to the appropriate emergency authority.
Assessment and reasons
We assess sufficiently precise notices and take proportionate action under applicable law and service rules. Where required and lawful, affected recipients receive an explanation identifying the restriction, principal facts, legal or policy basis, role of automation, and redress options. Restrictions may concern content, visibility, account access or payments.
Appeals and other remedies
Where the Digital Services Act internal complaint provisions apply, an eligible recipient may appeal electronically for at least six months after the decision without charge. Decisions receive appropriate review and are not made solely by automated means. Eligible disputes may also go to a certified out-of-court body or a competent court. You can complain to the relevant Digital Services Coordinator.
