1. Who handles your information
AMUZEME LLC, 11837 Valley Blvd, #1174, El Monte, CA 91732, United States. Email: Contact@11elevations.com. AMUZEME LLC operates AMUZEME and MuzeLinks and is responsible for the personal information described here. This policy covers the websites and connected features that link to it. Independent partner destinations, sellers and app stores have their own notices for activities they control.
2. Information and purposes
The information involved depends on the features you use:
- Account and identity: username, email, password authentication records, recovery information, age confirmation, permissions and linked-account identifiers. Used to create accounts, authenticate access, manage eligibility and prevent unauthorized account linking.
- Profile and social information: your chosen name, avatar, biography, appearance settings, posts, comments, reactions, follows, friendships and discovery preferences. Used to show your profile, deliver content to its selected audience and support social features.
- Communications: message content, attachments, recipients, delivery state, call metadata, support requests and notification settings. Used to deliver communications and address technical, safety or legal concerns.
- Commerce: items ordered, service requests, payment-provider references, billing and delivery details, membership entitlements, virtual-item activity and creator settlement records. Used for fulfillment, subscriptions, disputes, fraud prevention and required accounting. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own controls.
- Verification and creator records: information required to establish identity, adult eligibility, payment eligibility, rights and performer consent, including documents when the relevant process requires them. These records are handled separately from public profiles.
- Device and activity: IP address, browser or app version, device identifiers, session and security events, approximate location, feature interactions, cookies and similar storage. Used for delivery, account security, preferences, troubleshooting and feature operation.
- Reports and requests: the contact details, content locations, statements, signatures, case references and supporting facts you submit. Used to investigate, communicate a decision, process rights requests, preserve necessary evidence and prevent abuse.
Sources are you, your device, people interacting with you, an account you authorize us to link, and providers involved in a requested transaction, verification or safety process. Limited safety, fraud or content-eligibility signals can be derived from these records. We provide additional notice before materially different collection or use when required.
3. Sensitive data and verification
Private messages, intimate content, sexual or dating preferences, precise location, financial details, identity documents and qualifying biometric information can be sensitive. Use optional fields thoughtfully. We use sensitive information for requested features, identity or age checks, fraud prevention, safety and legal duties, subject to the permissions and restrictions that apply.
An age or identity check explains the information and permissions it requires. A creator recordkeeping process may need different records from an ordinary age check. We obtain any separate permission required for biometric processing or special-category information. Acceptance of these Terms alone does not authorize unrestricted sensitive-data processing.
4. Connected accounts
Our Linked Accounts Policy describes your linking choices. A verified connection allows the services to recognize the same member using account identifiers and authentication responses, and to deliver eligible profile settings, relationships, communications and membership access. Conflicting accounts require proof of control before combination.
Sharing follows the applicable audience and content rules. A private conversation is not made public by account linking. Adult media, sensitive previews and adult creator status are excluded from the MuzeLinks public experience. We do not publicly announce your association with AMUZEME merely because your accounts are linked.
You may request correction of a connection, withdrawal of optional linking, or closure of one or both accounts through the Safety & privacy request form. Necessary transaction, security and statutory records can remain subject to retention rules. Recipients may retain communications already delivered to them.
5. Who receives information
Other members and visitors receive information according to your audience choices and the feature you use. Public profiles and posts can be viewed, indexed or copied outside the service. A recipient can retain a communication but must still respect privacy and content rules.
Our service uses WordPress and WooCommerce to operate account, content and transaction functions. Hosting services support the websites; Firebase/Google supports authentication, real-time delivery and notifications; Bunny.net supports media storage or delivery. Moderation integrations can send submitted text or media to OpenAI or Google when that screening service is used. Only information relevant to that function is processed.
We also use providers for email, security, payment processing, payouts, shipping and fulfillment as relevant to the feature or order. A seller receives the details needed to fulfill an order, not unrelated private messages or verification records. Provider terms and processing arrangements govern their handling of information.
We may disclose information to professional advisers, in response to valid legal process, for required reports, to address serious safety or security issues, or as part of a lawful business transaction. Such disclosures are limited to the relevant purpose and applicable protections.
6. Communications, automation and advertising
We process private communications for delivery and for security, reports, troubleshooting and legal obligations. Authorized personnel may review relevant material when necessary for those purposes. Automated moderation and fraud tools can make mistakes; users can request review of a restriction.
We do not authorize general-purpose AI training on your private communications merely because you use the services. Public AI or automated profiles must be labeled. Feed and discovery tools may use recency, selected preferences, relationships and interactions, with audience and safety eligibility determining what can be shown.
We do not sell personal information for money or use private messages, verification documents or intimate content to build advertising audiences. Optional embedded services and affiliate links can receive device, referral or transaction information when you interact with them. These activities may have additional notices and choices. You can submit an opt-out or sensitive-data restriction request through our privacy form. We apply legally required opt-out preferences to processing under our control.
7. Cookies, permissions and choices
The Cookie & Similar Technology Notice explains login, security, preference, cart and media-related storage. Browser settings can remove or block storage; this can affect sign-in or requested features. A Global Privacy Control signal communicates an opt-out preference under applicable law. The older Do Not Track setting does not have a separate implemented response.
You can control camera, microphone, location and notifications through your device settings. Refusing an optional permission affects the feature that needs it. Marketing choices are separate from security, account, legal and transaction messages. Unsubscribing from marketing does not close your account.
8. Retention and security
We keep information while needed for the disclosed purpose, account operation, fulfillment, disputes, security or legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. The Data Retention Policy explains the criteria for different records and retained copies. Deletion requests are assessed across the services you identify.
We use access controls and security measures appropriate to the information. You should protect your credentials and report suspected compromise promptly. Messages are not represented as end-to-end encrypted. Shared sign-in means a compromised credential can affect both connected services.
9. Privacy rights and requests
Use the Safety & privacy request form and choose “Privacy or account request,” or email Contact@11elevations.com. You do not need to buy anything or create an account. Tell us whether you want access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction, an opt-out, consent withdrawal, account closure or review of a previous decision. Identify the relevant site or sites and your state or country.
We verify identity only to the extent needed for the request. Authorized representatives can act with evidence of their authority. We do not require verification for an opt-out when the law prohibits it. We acknowledge, respond and explain any permitted extension within the applicable legal periods. A denial includes the available appeal route. We do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising privacy rights.
Additional rights appear in the U.S. State Privacy Rights Notice and EEA & UK Privacy Supplement. Consent withdrawal applies to future consent-based processing and does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
10. Adults only, international processing and changes
Both services are for people aged 18 or older. Report suspected minor use. When we learn of prohibited minor participation, we restrict relevant access, investigate, make required reports and remove information when legally permitted.
Information may be processed in the United States and locations used by our providers. Applicable transfer safeguards and rights remain in force. We post a new effective date when this policy changes and provide additional notice or choices where required.
