A clear agreement before work
A Gig connects a buyer and seller for lawful work. Before accepting, the parties must agree on deliverables, price and currency, milestones, deadlines, revision allowance, cancellation terms and intellectual-property rights. The listing must identify the seller and any material restrictions. Platform tools do not make every seller our employee or agent.
Listing and fulfillment rules
Describe skills and deliverables accurately. Do not offer unlawful sexual services, prohibited products, fake engagement, stolen work, fraud, malware, discrimination or regulated services without required authority. MuzeLinks listings and images must be non-explicit.
Buyers must provide materials they may lawfully use and timely information needed for the agreed work. Sellers must deliver the accepted scope and protect confidential materials. Scope changes and additional fees require agreement. No member may misuse a service request to obtain unrelated personal information.
Payments, ownership and disputes
Use the payment and delivery process identified for the order. A listing alone does not create escrow protection or a guaranteed outcome. Fees, hold conditions and settlement timing follow the accepted transaction terms. A tip is voluntary.
Specify whether work is licensed or assigned, whether source files are included, and when rights take effect. Pre-existing tools and third-party assets keep their own license terms. Undisputed rights and mandatory remedies are not lost because a complaint is pending.
Help and cancellation
Use the order support route or Safety & privacy request form with the order reference, agreed scope, what was delivered and the requested remedy. We may review evidence, mediate, restrict fraudulent activity and apply the relevant payment rules. The Refund Policy and mandatory consumer and worker rights apply.
