The seller and your order
The listing and checkout identify the seller, product, specifications, total price, delivery charges and estimated fulfillment time. Independent sellers and fulfillment providers are identified where relevant. Only a confirmed order creates an obligation to supply the listed product.
Shipping and delays
We ship within the advertised time or the period required by applicable law when no time is stated. If shipment cannot occur on time, we provide the required delay notice, revised estimate and choice of consent or cancellation with a prompt refund. Tracking indicates carrier events and is not a substitute for resolving a lost shipment.
Provide an accurate deliverable address. Tell us promptly about a missing, damaged or incorrect order. A short reporting request does not shorten mandatory warranty or legal claim periods.
Hygiene, custom goods and safety
Observe manufacturer instructions, warnings and age or legal restrictions. Do not use damaged or recalled products. Do not send an intimate or hazardous item through ordinary return channels without instructions. Sealed hygiene-sensitive goods and genuinely personalized products may have clearly disclosed lawful return exceptions. Defects and misdescription remain covered by mandatory remedies.
A product printed after an order is not automatically exempt from consumer rights. MuzeLinks listings must also satisfy its non-explicit catalog and presentation rules.
