What virtual items mean
Coins, tokens, credits and other virtual items provide the specific digital use described when obtained. Unless an express program or law provides otherwise, they are a limited right to use a feature and are not bank deposits, securities, legal tender or a general-purpose payment account. A displayed creator earning is separate from a purchased or promotional balance.
Purchases and use
The offer identifies the amount, price, currency and use. Check before confirming. Promotional credits may have disclosed restrictions or expiration dates. Do not trade balances outside approved tools, falsify activity, evade purchase rules or use virtual items for prohibited goods, services or gambling.
A gift or tip does not buy consent, personal contact or a guaranteed performance. Each person can stop ongoing activity. Shared membership or account access does not duplicate a balance or authorize duplicate charges.
Errors, refunds and account closure
Contact us through the Safety & privacy request form for unauthorized charges, missing purchases or balance errors, including the transaction reference. The Refund Policy and mandatory rights apply. We may correct demonstrable errors or reverse related fraudulent, refunded or disputed transactions with an explanation where lawful.
For discontinued features or account closure, unused purchased value is handled under the applicable offer and law. Earned settlements, unclaimed-property duties and mandatory refund rights are assessed separately.
