Your rights and responsibilities
Upload or sell only content you own or have permission to use. Check music, photographs, video, fonts, artwork, software, performances, trademarks, likeness and location permissions as relevant. Giving credit does not replace a license. A buyer’s brief does not authorize infringement.
Platform material
The platform’s software, interface, branding and original materials remain the property of their owners. You may use the services as intended. Do not misrepresent an affiliation, remove ownership notices or copy protected material beyond your license or applicable legal exceptions.
Custom work and licenses
A Gig or other commission must state whether the buyer receives a license, specified source files or a copyright assignment, and when those rights take effect. A purchase does not automatically transfer every underlying tool, template or third-party asset. Pre-existing material remains subject to its license. Each party must honor the accepted deliverables and rights terms.
Reports
Copyright claims follow the DMCA & Copyright Policy. Trademark, impersonation, likeness and other rights concerns use the Safety & privacy request form. Identify the right, the material and your authority to act.
