Rights available to you
Depending on your state and the law’s application to the processing, you may request confirmation, access, correction, deletion, portability, information about disclosures, and an appeal of a denied request. You may opt out of sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling, and limit covered uses of sensitive information. We do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising these rights.
California disclosures
The categories, sources, purposes and recipient types in the Privacy Policy describe our account identifiers, profile and social content, communications, commercial records, verification information, technical activity, request records and limited safety or eligibility signals. The relevant categories can include sensitive personal information. Collection depends on the features you use.
We do not sell personal information for money or use private communications, verification documents or intimate content to build advertising audiences. Affiliate and third-party interactions can involve separate identifiers and processing. Opt-out and sensitive-data requests apply to the relevant processing under our control. We assess retention by purpose, necessity and applicable legal duties rather than keeping every record indefinitely.
Submit a request
Use the Safety & privacy request form, select “Privacy or account request,” and identify the right, site or sites, account reference and state. You can also email Contact@11elevations.com. An authorized agent may submit a request with evidence of authority. We use proportionate verification for protected records; opt-outs do not require verification when the law prohibits it.
For covered California requests to know, delete or correct, we acknowledge within ten business days and ordinarily respond within 45 calendar days. A permitted extension is explained within the initial period. Applicable opt-outs are processed as soon as feasible within the legal deadline. Other state deadlines apply to their respective requests.
Appeals and regulators
To appeal a denial, select “Appeal a decision” in the form and include the reference and reason. We provide the applicable decision and further complaint route. California residents can contact the California Privacy Protection Agency or Attorney General; other residents can contact their state privacy regulator or Attorney General. These routes do not limit other legal rights.
