Purpose-based retention
We retain information only while needed for its disclosed purpose or a lawful obligation. Retention depends on the information, the service you use, whether the account is active, transaction and dispute periods, security needs and statutory requirements. When those purposes end, information is deleted or de-identified.
Different records serve different purposes
Account and profile information supports the active account and recovery. Posts and media remain available according to your settings until removed, the account closes or enforcement applies. Message recipients may keep their own copies. Removing a post can leave a limited record of the action for safety or dispute handling.
Orders, payments, payouts and tax records follow applicable accounting, tax, fraud and dispute obligations. Required creator and performer records follow their specific recordkeeping rules. Age-assurance information and statutory performer records are not treated as interchangeable.
Safety reports and privacy requests are retained for resolving the case, responding to an appeal, recording how rights were handled and satisfying legal obligations. Access is restricted. Security logs are kept as needed to investigate abuse and maintain systems, with retention proportionate to the risk.
Deletion across connected services
Identify whether a request covers AMUZEME, MuzeLinks or both. We assess associated records and notify relevant service providers where required. Removing one reference to a shared file does not necessarily remove another member’s lawful reference. Unlinking an account is separate from deleting content or closing both accounts.
Protected backup copies expire through normal rotation and remain restricted from ordinary use. Required records and legal holds are isolated from ordinary publication and retained for the applicable purpose. When restoring a backup, valid removal requests remain applicable.

Use the Safety & privacy request form or Contact@11elevations.com for access, correction, deletion or clarification about a record. We explain any lawful reason to retain requested information and the available appeal. An exception to deletion does not authorize unrelated reuse or public disclosure.
