For processing covered by EEA or UK data-protection law, we rely on the legal basis appropriate to the activity: contract for requested accounts and services; legitimate interests for proportionate security, fraud prevention and service administration; legal obligations for required records and reports; and consent when a feature or law requires it.
Where special-category information is involved, we also apply a relevant special-category condition, such as explicit consent for an optional feature or a permitted legal-claims or substantial-public-interest basis. Providing general agreement to Terms does not replace a required specific consent.
Data, recipients and retention
The Privacy Policy explains data categories, sources, purposes, recipients and retention. Some information is necessary to provide the account or requested transaction; optional fields can be left blank. Refusing information needed for a specific function can prevent that function. We do not rely solely on a materially significant automated decision where a legal right to human intervention applies.
International processing
When a restricted international transfer is subject to these laws, the applicable safeguard may be an adequacy decision or approved contractual clauses with relevant additional protections. We provide information about the applicable mechanism and safeguards on request, subject to protections for confidential material. A statement that data travels internationally does not waive your rights.
Exercise your rights
Use the Safety & privacy request form or Contact@11elevations.com to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal or human review where applicable. Identify the relevant service and country. We respond ordinarily within one month; if a permitted extension is needed, we explain it within that month.
You may complain to the supervisory authority in your residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement, including the UK Information Commissioner where applicable. You do not have to contact us first. Statutory representation and contact requirements applicable to the service remain governed by law.
