1. Our agreement with you
AMUZEME is operated by AMUZEME LLC. These Terms apply to amuzeme.fun and the AMUZEME features that link to them: profiles, posts, discovery, messaging, MuzeLink pages, games, memberships, and available creator, live, marketplace and Gig services. You agree to these Terms when you accept them during registration or purchase, or use the services after they have been made available to you. If acting for a business, you must have authority to bind it.
AMUZEME is an adult-oriented service. You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this agreement, and satisfy any higher age or access requirement that applies in your location. Do not misstate your age, share access with minors, or evade eligibility or location controls. Our Age & Access Policy applies.
These Terms incorporate the applicable rules in our Legal & Safety Center. Specific terms accepted for an order govern that order's commercial details. Mandatory consumer rights always apply. Our Privacy Policy explains data use; it does not give us unlimited consent to process your information.
2. Accounts and linked access
Provide accurate account and recovery information, protect your credentials, and contact us promptly if someone gains unauthorized access. You may use an appropriate public display name. Impersonation, account sales, sharing a verified identity, and evading a restriction are prohibited. You remain responsible for activity you authorize; your statutory rights concerning unauthorized charges are preserved.
AMUZEME registration presents linked access to both AMUZEME and MuzeLinks and requires the stated agreements and email verification. MuzeLinks has separate non-explicit content rules. A MuzeGirl account on AMUZEME participates as an ordinary member on MuzeLinks; an adult creator badge is not carried into the non-adult experience.
The Linked Accounts Policy explains shared sign-in, profile data, relationships, messages and membership access. Conflicting accounts can be combined only after ownership checks and confirmation. Linking does not authorize a new charge, expand a post's audience, or transfer administrative permissions.
3. Content, ownership and permissions
You keep ownership of content you lawfully create. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, format, encode, transmit, display and moderate it as needed to operate the services, follow your audience choices, maintain security and comply with law. Contracted providers may perform those functions for us. You must hold the necessary copyright, music, performance, likeness, privacy and other rights.
This license does not transfer ownership or authorize unrestricted advertising use of private material. Public promotion beyond your chosen distribution requires appropriate permission. Removing content ends ordinary publication, subject to copies retained for lawful recordkeeping, disputes, protected backups, or by recipients acting within their rights. Those exceptions do not authorize continued public delivery of illegal material.
Lawful explicit creator content belongs only in approved adult contexts. Every depicted person must be an adult and satisfy applicable identity, consent and records requirements. Consent to participate, record and distribute are separate. Explicit media must use the required sensitive-content treatment and access restrictions. Public avatars, off-platform previews and MuzeLinks content must be non-explicit.
AI-generated or edited content must not impersonate a real person deceptively, fabricate consent, exploit minors or infringe rights. Clearly disclose synthetic people, material edits, automated interactions and paid promotion when users could otherwise be misled.
4. Rules for participation
Follow our Community Guidelines and Prohibited Content Policy. We prohibit child exploitation, coercion, trafficking, nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes without consent, threats, stalking, doxxing, hate-based abuse, scams, unlawful goods or services, malware, infringement and unauthorized system access.
Respect blocks, refusals and privacy. Do not collect member data through unauthorized scraping, steal access tokens, manipulate balances, submit fabricated transactions, or defeat safety restrictions. A payment, gift, match, tip or prior relationship never purchases consent or an entitlement to contact or sexual activity.
5. Purchases, memberships and creator earnings
The offer and checkout identify what you are buying, the seller, price and currency, applicable taxes and delivery charges, payment timing, renewal terms and cancellation method. Recurring charges require express agreement. Our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and Token & Virtual Item Terms apply. Linking accounts does not create a second subscription.
Creator compensation, platform fees, reserves, payout timing and transaction adjustments follow the commercial terms accepted for the relevant program or sale. Pending balances, promotional credits and withdrawable earnings are distinct. We may hold or adjust affected amounts for a documented payment dispute, fraud, refund, legal obligation or other contractual reason, with an explanation where permitted. Amounts are not forfeited merely because an unrelated complaint is made.
Listings and custom work follow the Muze Gigs & Marketplace Services Terms. Independent app stores, payment services, sellers and partner sites may have additional terms shown at the transaction or handoff. We remain responsible for our own representations and legal obligations.
6. Communication, discovery and connected features
A profile, match or verification indicator is not a guarantee of character, compatibility or personal safety. Do not assume criminal-background screening from a profile badge. Use care when meeting people or exchanging money. This is not an emergency service.
Messages and attachments are processed for delivery, security, abuse handling and legal obligations as described in the Privacy Policy. Recording a call, stream or another person requires appropriate notice and every consent required by law. Consent to use the service is not consent to recording.
Live sessions and connected hardware require current permission. Honor Stop and disconnect controls immediately. Follow manufacturer instructions and do not operate devices to injure, coerce or harass. The Live Calls & Connected Device Safety Policy supplies additional rules.
7. Reports, moderation and appeals
Anyone may use the Safety & privacy request form or Contact@11elevations.com without an account or fee. Report the location and concern; do not send illegal imagery. We may restrict, remove, preserve or investigate content, suspend access, protect affected funds and contact appropriate providers or authorities when reasonably necessary.
We consider context, safety, rights and applicable rules. Automated tools may assist reviewers. We provide reasons and an appeal route where lawful and safe. A successful copyright counter-notice does not override an independent child-safety, consent or other legal restriction. Good-faith reports and lawful reviews must not lead to retaliation.
8. Closing your account and changes to services
Request closure or unlinking through the Safety & privacy request form or Contact@11elevations.com, identifying whether the request concerns one site or both. You can cancel recurring billing without agreeing to new purchases or participating in a sales discussion. Account closure does not erase lawful obligations for completed transactions, taxes, fraud prevention or required records.
We may update, suspend or discontinue features. We give reasonable notice when practicable and provide remedies required for affected paid services. Material changes to these Terms receive the notice and renewed agreement required by law. Changes apply prospectively; they do not retroactively remove accrued rights. Copies of prior applicable Terms are available on request.
9. Responsibility and disputes
We provide the services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided as available and without additional implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, user conduct, audience size, earnings or relationship outcomes. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent such a limitation is lawful. Nothing excludes fraud, intentional misconduct or other responsibility or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
California law governs this agreement subject to mandatory laws protecting you where you live. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes may be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California. You may contact Contact@11elevations.com for informal resolution. This does not restrict urgent relief, regulatory complaints, small-claims rights or applicable filing periods.
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective to the extent lawful. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not transfer an account or this agreement without our consent. We may transfer the service in a lawful business transaction subject to existing privacy promises and statutory rights.

Both services are for adults. Parents and guardians can use operating-system family settings, browser filters, router or DNS filtering and internet-provider controls to help prevent access by minors. Do not share authenticated access with a minor. Report suspected minor participation promptly.
