Send a copyright notice
Send copyright correspondence to AMUZEME LLC, Copyright Intake, 11837 Valley Blvd, #1174, El Monte, CA 91732, United States; Contact@11elevations.com. The Safety & privacy request form also accepts copyright requests. Include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the work you own, or a representative list when several works at one location are involved.
- The allegedly infringing material and enough information to locate it, including URLs when available.
- Your name and contact information, including address, telephone number and email address where available.
- A statement of your good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the relevant exclusive right or are authorized to act for its owner.
Our response
We review sufficiently detailed notices and act expeditiously when removal or restriction is appropriate. We notify the submitting member when required and permitted. We consider lawful exceptions such as fair use. Knowingly making a material false claim can have legal consequences. Accounts of repeat infringers may be terminated in appropriate circumstances.
Counter-notices
If content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe that was a mistake, send a signed counter-notice identifying the material and its prior location. Include your name, address and telephone number; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; and consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your address, or, if outside the United States, a judicial district where the service provider may be found. State that you accept service of process from the original claimant or their agent.
A counter-notice and its contact information may be sent to the claimant. Under the applicable statutory procedure, restoration occurs between ten and fourteen business days after receipt of a compliant counter-notice unless the claimant provides notice of a court action seeking to restrain the infringement. Independent safety or other legal grounds may still prevent restoration.
Other rights concerns
