Your relationship with the platform
These terms apply when you participate as a creator, seller or performer. You must be an adult with authority for your work, and your participation must be voluntary. You choose your lawful creative work and scheduling within platform rules. This agreement alone does not create employment, agency, franchise or partnership; mandatory worker protections and the actual circumstances govern legal classification.
Your content and consent
You warrant that you hold the rights and consent needed for the content you submit. Every real participant in adult content must satisfy applicable adult identity, recording, distribution and records requirements. Permissions must identify the work and intended audiences. Obtain separate permissions for additional promotion or downloads where needed.
Stop ongoing activity when a participant withdraws consent. A release cannot authorize unlawful material or waive statutory rights. Cooperate with valid rights and removal requests. Adult content and MuzeGirl status are not distributed publicly through MuzeLinks.
Publication and rights
Only lawful content satisfying the relevant program review may be published. The limited service license in the Terms of Service applies. You keep ownership of your original work and remain responsible for licensed third-party elements. Live participation must honor available monitoring, stop, block and removal controls.
Prices, fees and settlement
The commercial terms you accept for a program or sale identify the seller, price, currency, platform and payment fees, calculation of your share, applicable taxes, settlement timing, reserves and payout requirements. Those terms and the transaction record govern the amount earned. Promotional or test credits are distinct from payable earnings.
We provide transaction or balance information relevant to settlement. Refunds, chargebacks and fraud can adjust related earnings according to the accepted terms and law. Holds must relate to an identified payment, safety or legal reason. We explain adjustments where lawful and provide a dispute route. Future fee changes do not retrospectively reduce accrued contractual rights.
Fulfillment and business conduct
Describe paid content and services accurately, fulfill accepted orders, respect privacy, and follow refund and consumer rules. No deceptive earning claims, fake reviews, coercion, payment fraud, unlawful sexual services or misuse of buyer information. A buyer’s payment never obligates you to consent to activity outside a lawful, voluntary agreement.
Ending participation
You may stop future creator activity and request closure through Contact@11elevations.com or the Safety & privacy request form. Completed transactions, earned settlements, necessary records and pending disputes remain subject to their applicable terms. We may suspend activities for safety, fraud, contractual breach or legal requirements. You may appeal moderation or settlement decisions. The Terms of Service govern disputes subject to mandatory consumer and worker rights.
